CounterpartyLink Entity Check allows your organisation to validate all its existing legal entities against the CounterpartyLink database.

CounterpartyLink Entity Check establishes which entity records in your organisation are up-to-date and accurate, and which are inaccurate, no longer exist, or have changed.

On receipt of your entity data file, CounterpartyLink validates the entities you request against the CounterpartyLink database. CounterpartyLink establishes whether a precise match was made (the entity was fully validated and is accurate), or the entity can be identified but the details in your firm’s record are not accurate (for example, CounterpartyLink has made an update/revision to the name), or the entity is a duplicate to another entity in your database, or we could not match the entity in our database. In some cases, more information may be required to determine a precise match. In other cases, it might indicate an invalid entity.
