FT Interactive Data, an Interactive Data business (NYSE: IDC), provides global securities pricing, evaluations, dividend, corporate action and reference data designed to support financial institutions' and investment funds' pricing activities, securities operations, research and portfolio management. FT Interactive Data's business entity data service aims to help customers meet their requirements for compliance under regulations such as the European Commission's UCITS III directive. Through an alliance, CounterpartyLink's legal entity data is combined with FT Interactive Data's issue level content and will be offered as an optional module within FT Interactive Data's FTST portfolio administration service.
